Terms and conditions of use

These terms are in force from 01.11.2026. The Romanian version is the reference version.

1. General

The godrivecarbox.com website is operated by GoDrive S.R.L., tax ID 34239283, trade register J40/2741/2018, registered office Splaiul Independenței 319H, London Office Building, et. 15, Sector 6, Bucharest. By accessing and using the website you accept these terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the website.

2. Definitions

Website: godrivecarbox.com and all its pages.
User: any natural or legal person who accesses the website.
GoDrive CarBox service: the device that plugs into the vehicle’s OBD-II port, the cloud platform and the client apps offered by GoDrive S.R.L..

3. Website content

The information on the website is for information only and describes the GoDrive CarBox service. It is not a binding offer. Terms, prices and service levels are set by the quote sent and the contract signed with each client, which take precedence over the information on the website.

4. Intellectual property

The website and its content (texts, graphics, the GoDrive logo and brand, animations and code) are protected by intellectual property law and belong to GoDrive S.R.L. or are used with the owners’ permission. The user acknowledges and agrees that all copyright, trademark rights and other intellectual property rights in the website belong to GoDrive S.R.L.. Copying, distributing or modifying the content without the written consent of GoDrive S.R.L. is prohibited.

5. Use of the website

The user agrees to use the website only for lawful purposes and not to try to affect its operation, security or availability, for example through abusive automated access, attempts at unauthorised access or sending harmful content through forms.

6. Quote requests

Through the quote form, the user sends us the data we need to answer and confirms it is correct. Sending a request creates no contractual obligation for either party. The data is processed as described in the privacy policy.

7. Limitation of liability

The website is provided “as is”. We make every effort to keep the information accurate and up to date, but GoDrive S.R.L. is not liable for any errors, interruptions of the website or direct or indirect damage resulting from the use of the information on it. The website contains links to third-party sites; GoDrive S.R.L. accepts no responsibility for their content.

GoDrive S.R.L. is not liable for failing to meet its obligations in case of force majeure, strikes, major social events or other unforeseeable incidents.

8. Data protection and cookies

How we process personal data is described in the privacy policy, and the cookies we use in the cookie policy.

9. Other terms

GoDrive S.R.L. may change these terms at any time; the version in force is the one published on this page. If any provision of these terms is declared void or unenforceable, the other provisions remain valid.

These terms are governed by and interpreted under Romanian law. Any dispute about their interpretation or application falls under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bucharest.
